On March 20th the Sun goes into Aries for a month. Spring is here! It is time for the big thaw! This is the cycle when we begin to see leaves on the trees and blooms on the bush.

Thank God from whom all blessings flow that Mars went direct at 00 degrees Leo on March 11th. When a planet stays in a sign for four months it can be irritating as well as have a sense that life is out to get you, especially if you are a Leo and to a lesser degree for Aquarius, Taurus and Scorpio.

There is a Full Moon on March 28th at 09 degrees of Libra which can signal the end of a relationship, business partnership or the resolution of a legal matter. This Full Moon most affects Libra but also touches Aries, Cancer and Capricorn; it is more fortuitous for Leo and Sagittarius as well as Gemini and Aquarius. There is a New Moon on April 14th at 24 degrees of Aries and will push Aries in a new direction. Projects or plans that have been tabled will see new life. This also again washes over Leo, Sagittarius, Gemini and Aquarius positively.

Retrograde Saturn moves back into Virgo on April 8th where it will remain until May 31.

The overview of what to expect this month will not only be a thawing but the physiographic outlook for the planet is more stabilized after the record-breaking snowfalls, earthquakes and other phenomena around the world. These destructive patterns are not 2010 gloom and doom being unleashed rather they are merely the natural shifts within the eco-structure of many areas of the planet.

There are Void of Course Moons that happen for a few minutes and sometimes all day that affect all of us, no matter where our planets are, or in whatever configurations. It is not wise to make important decisions or have meetings with far-ranging repercussions under a Void of Course Moon.

FIRE SIGNS

ARIES (March 21 – April 20) Get ready to make a quick move with your best-laid plans. Although Saturn and Pluto have been giving you fits for a while, apply some old fashioned persistence. The New Moon early April will get you the momentum you have been lacking, while Venus and Mercury in Aries are dealmakers. You can ignore the stars to your own peril, but now is the best time you have had to cross the finish line with partners who have been dragging their feet. Keep your eyes on the prize and never look back.

LEO (July 22 – August 22)  I don't ever pity any sign; after all, each one of us meets the same demons who are really angels who have come to help us. However, the last four months Mars retrograde in Leo has made you feel the gamut of emotions from at least A to G—angst to grim and back again. It has been nothing more than the Lords of Karma checking you out with ego issues. They say that a true master over himself treats all challenges in this world of illusion the same way: cool, calm and collected. The good news is that your heartache will lessen this solar cycle.

SAGITTARIUS (November 22 – December 20) There is a new shift in consciousness for your Archers this month. All cosmic signals have been calibrated to make sure you get the message that only you can understand. Rather than go off on a typical tangent focus and collect yourself into a place of cautious receptivity. No matter what you get from somewhere out there, it will always benefit you if you hear what is being sent your way. Most of all it is time to make yourself as productive as you can and let the rest of the world go by.

EARTH SIGNS

TAURUS (April 21 – May 20) The first of April Mercury and Venus will come barreling into Taurus so get ready to catch the wave that Aries rides mid- to late-March. Since you are more cautious and careful with resources than most signs, be a bit more of a daredevil this solar cycle. Look and listen to all the reports that have done the research, but you must listen to what your soul center is telling you. Few signs are going to be as rewarded as Taurus if you continue to check in with yourself.

VIRGO (August 23 – September 22) Don't throw in the towel when you get this news, but that pound of flesh planet, Saturn is headed back into Virgo April 8 until May 31. It will only affect those of you born September 19 - 22. After Mercury and Venus sashay into Taurus early April you will benefit majorly from the trine to your Sun sign. Mercury and Venus always affect health of finances and physical wellbeing. The caution is that Jupiter in Pisces will magnify those pesky defects of character that you have worked on the last two and a half years when Saturn was in Virgo. Most signals say "Go, Virgo."

CAPRICORN (December 21 – January 19) If you have been hearing a lot of pundits and talking heads blabbing about the poor infrastructure of this country, you might feel like they are referencing you--because that is exactly what is happening to you for the next decade plus. Pluto in Capricorn is archetypical for what the world is facing--laying a better foundation with building codes that can withstand anything Mother Nature can throw at us. You may not know it when you are knee-deep in dust and clutter, but you are going to be the master plan for the rest of us.

AIR SIGNS

GEMINI (May 21 – June 20) This solar cycle you are going to find success and notoriety all rolled into a neat package. Mercury and Venus in Aries and both lunations favor you so weigh and balance and then go for what you need and deserve. There is opportunity for short-distance travel around Easter, but don't waste all your resources on this pleasure trip. Something bigger and better looms next month. Your stock is up at the end of April.

LIBRA (September 23 – October 22) You'll never know how much softer and easier life is when you quit trying to hold on to someone or something you no longer need in your life. Saturn may give you a temporary break when it goes back into Virgo for a few weeks, but you still have those testy lunations this cycle to contend with as well as the ever-present Pluto in Capricorn forcing you to retool and reconfigure what has to change in your life. Some people start over at 50 or more. Check in with someone you trust to see what has you grid-locked and change the thing you can: you.

AQUARIUS (January 20 – February 17) If your caution button has been blinking red and your blueprint reads like Greek to you, step out of the confusion and do something fun. So much of what happens to you is that all your inspiration and that still small voice of intuition time to time overwhelm you. You have had Jupiter in Aquarius for a year and now it has moved into Pisces. No sign has the gift of receiving all the information the rest of us need. Rest. Take a short vacation. Chill.

WATER SIGNS 

CANCER (June 21 – July 22) With all the Moons and several planets ganging up on you this month, be careful how you pick your fights and with whom. If you know how to meditate, practice Om Tat Sat Om several times a day. Check in with your yoga master. The inner world is where you can find peace and quiet because there will be a lot of clanging and banging all around you until the end of April. As with the best of times, these trials will pass and you will have learned a lot about the enemy and friend within.

SCORPIO (October 23 – November 21) No sign lives in an emotional world of one quite like you do. The problem is never transits of planets or New and Full Moons. Scorpio is a sign that thinks it needs someone in his or her life to be complete. That might be the bellyache you are getting for taking care of everyone else but yourself. You are working your way to breakthrough and breakout so be patient a little while longer. May is your Month, so shift into a lower gear until then. And don't forget to breathe.

PISCES (February 18 – March 20) With Uranus still going bump in the night and Jupiter making you want to eat yourself out of house and home, stay in the silence of your soul center and let go of all the noise makers as should and can't will always be there later. Actually, you are in a year to see all your dreams come true as long as they are not hangovers from nightmares. Always talk to someone you trust before you break ground or move to Valhalla. You are about to live in heaven on earth. Trust the process.
